摘要
将萘磺化,以萘磺酸、4,4'—二羟基二苯砜以及甲醛为基本原料,用正交实验L9(34)的方法,对它们的缩合反应条件进行了研究。对一系列的萘砜缩合物进行了两个方面的分析考察。1)缩合物的一般理化性的分析,如固含量、pH值、黏度、耐酸性以及鞣质含量;2)缩合物的鞣革性能的考察,如它们的鞣性、耐水洗以及成革中的游离甲醛含量。分析结果表明萘磺酸的质量分数为15%,甲醛的质量分数为20%时,可使成革的横向撕裂强度达到49.07N/mm,纵向撕裂强度可达到47.09N/mm;主鞣后革的Ts可以达到82℃;成品中甲醛的含量最低达到18.30mg/kg.在革的感官判断上具有较好的丰满、弹性,可以作为一种优良的合成鞣剂使用。
Study on the condition of condensation reaction by L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal experiment based on naphthalene sulphonic acid, 4,4'-dihydroxy diphenyl sulphone and formaldehyde. Two aspects of a series of naphthalene-sulphone condensation products were particularly discussed:1)the analyses of this products' properties, such as solid content,pH value, viscosity, the resistance to acid, to chrome and tannin content etc.2) the measurements of tanning power of this products,such as the tanning power, the resistance to water-washing, to light and formaldehyde content of leather etc.The result shows that the tearing strength across back bone reaches 49.07N/mm while along back bone reaches47.09N/mm when the dosage of naphthalene sulphonic acid is 15% and formaldehyde is 20% in total solid content; the Ts of leather can reach 82℃; The lowest formaldehyde content of leather reach 18.30mg/kg. Comparing with some overseas syntans for white leather,this condensation,which can be considered as a good bind of syntan,can make fuller and elasticer leather.
