Unitan KDN是以美耐敏树脂构成的低甲醛鞣剂,通常可在复鞣阶段与其他阴离子产品一同使用。鞣制的皮革中甲醛含量低至57.466 mg/kg,已低于国家出口皮革中甲醛含量不超过70 mg/kg的要求,它非常适合用于低甲醛皮革的复鞣。并可使皮革粒面紧实,对皮革纤维结构较为松弛的部位如肩部,边腹部有好的填充作用,经Unitan KDN美耐敏树脂鞣制的皮革可获得柔软、丰满的手感。其ATOMA系列加脂剂耐水溶液萃取性极好。
Unitan KDN is an anionic retanning agent based on melamine resin with low formaldehyde, compatible with all anionic products normally used in retanning process.The formaldehyde content is 57.466 mg/kg,which is lower than the content of 70mg/kg in products for exporting.So Unitan KDN is ideal for the retanning of low formaldehyde leathers.It tightens the grain with nice filling effects,especially on the area where the leather fibre density is low,like shoulder,belly,and flank of leather.The leather treated with Unitan KDN has soft round handle,and the fatliquoring agent is resistant to extraction in the water.
