摘要
ERP是一种基于计算机信息技术的现代企业管理模式,在提高企业管理水平和竞争实力等方面起着重要的作用,但目前我国成功实施ERP的企业还很少。本文分析了我国企业实施ERP的现状以及存在的相关问题,着重对成功率低的原因进行了较为深入的分析,最后提出了一些切合实际的相应对策。
ERP is a mode of modern enterprise management based on computer technology.It can help enterprises to enhance the level of management and competence.Now more and more Chinese enterprises start to implement ERP,but few can succeed.This paper analyzes the current situation and relevant issues in Chinese enterprises,and emphasizes on the reasons that ERP is not so successfully deployed.Finally,some practical solutions to provide some references of decision have been offered.
