摘要
本文论述了我国企业实施ERP管理模式的特殊环境背景,详细分析了在这种环境背景之下企业实施ERP可能面临的来自外部的风险,以及企业对应这些外部风险时可能的内部决策风险,并对相应的风险对策做了探讨。
This paper discussed special background for Chinese enterprises to impl ementing ERP,analyzed the various risks for enterprises in introducin g and implementing ERP as well as the d ecision risks.Some countermeasure s to deal with these risks are pointed out .
