气相色谱法检测蔬菜中伏杀硫磷 被引量:12

Determination of Phosalone in vegetable by Gas Chromatography

摘要 蔬菜样品中伏杀硫磷农药用有机溶剂提取,再经液液分配、微型柱净化等步骤除去干扰物质,用气相色谱法分离、FPD火焰光度检测器测定伏杀硫磷的含量。色谱柱为玻璃柱2 1m(长)×3 2mm(内径),内装涂以3%(m/m)OV-101固定液的Chro mosorbWAWDMCS(80~100目)。测定温度气化室为255℃,检测室260℃,柱箱230℃。气体流量为氮气100kPa,氢气70kPa,空气80kPa。在选择的色谱条件下测定的回收率为90 7%~117 1%,变异系数为4 9%,方法检出限为0 004mg/kg。方法重现性好,准确、灵敏、无杂质干扰,数据准确可靠,可用于蔬菜中伏杀硫磷含量的检测。 Phosalone in vegetables was extracted by organic solute and separated by gas chromatography,and then determined by FPD flame detector after interferring materials were eliminated by liquid-liquid distribution and micro-column purification.The glassy column(2.1 m long and 3.2 mm i.d.)was filled with fixity of 3% (m/m) OV-101 by Chromosorb WAW. DMCS.Determination was conducted at gas flux of 100,70 and 80 Kpa with N_2,H_2 and air,respectively.Detection was conducted at temperature of 255,260 and 230℃ for gasification chamber,detecting chamber and column box,respectively.Recovery under selected gas chromatography condition was (90.7%-117.1%.) Variation coefficient was 4.9%,and the detection limit was 0.004mg/kg.The results showed that the method was sensitive and precise.
