摘要
随着改革的不断深入 ,国有企业在公司制改造、企业经营机制转换、资金来源渠道、用工制度等方面均有较大突破 ,已取得了国企产权制度改革的阶段性成效。但是 ,目前的国有企业 ,无论从产权体制上 ,还是从产权结构等方面 ,仍存在一些问题 ,其最根本原因就在于国企产权制度改革滞后。国有企业产权制度改革 ,要理顺内部产权关系 ;优化产权结构 ;
With the further development of our reforms,there have been great breakthroughs in the transformation of company systems and the running mechanisms of our enterprises,as well as in the channels of capital resources and the regulations of employment,all of which show the effectiveness of the reforms made in the property right systems of our state-owned enterprises.However,there still exist some problems both in the system and in the structure of the property right of state-owned enterprises.The most basic reason for this is the lag factor existing in the reforms of property right system.Through the analysis of the current state of our reforms of property right system,the present essay endeavors to probe into the ways of furthering our reforms of property right system,and find out the path to construct modern enterprise systems.
