摘要
我国产业组织的体制性因素 ,使我国产业组织市场结构形态呈现出行政垄断与过度竞争并存的“二元结构” ,这种“二元结构”造成了我国产业组织市场绩效低下。因此 ,进行产权制度改革 ,形成有效竞争的市场组织形态 ,成为提高市场绩效。
Because of the deep-rooted systematic problems of industrial system, market structure shows its dualistic nature: administrative monopoly and excessive competition. The dualistic nature leads to ineffective economic performance. In order to improve economic performance and boost up international competition, we should reform property rights and foster a market structure with effective competition.
