摘要
由于医学科学的特殊性,医学科学家必须履行自己的对外责任,即使医学科学技术对人类有利无弊或至少是利大弊小。具体地说,医学科学家在完成科学研究任务的过程中,要让公众对生命和健康不断地加深了解,维护与提高人类的生命质量和健康,使这一代人和他们的子孙后代能够有一个持续的健康生活。为此,医学科学家在课题设计、研究过程和科研成果的发布等方面都要遵循科学的态度和实事求是的作风,以实现自己的对外责任。
Because of the specialty of medical science, medical scientists must fulfill their responsibilities even if the medical technology is absolutely good to human kind or the advantage more than the disadvantage. To speak in detail, during the process of implementing scientific works, medial scientists should help the common people to know more about the life and health, to maintain and promote the quality and health of human kind, to make this generation and their descendants live a continue and healthy life. So, medical scientists should follow the principle of scientific attitude and honest and fulfill their external responsibilities while they are designing the plan, doing research work and publish research results.
