压力管理训练对护理本科生压力水平的影响 被引量:45

Effect of Stress-management Training on the Levels of Stress Among Baccalaureate Nursing Students

摘要 目的 探讨进入临床实习的护理本科生(学生)压力水平和压力来源,进一步制订出相应的压力管理训练方法,以降低学生的压力水平。方法 以80名护理本科生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各40人。采用Beck-Srivastava压力量表(BSSI)测量学生的压力源及压力水平,然后对研究对象进行3周的压力管理训练干预,通过集体辅导的形式向学生提供有关心理、认知、行为等方面的知识和技能,内容包括理解压力的概念及理论、时间管理、人际交流技巧、放松训练、健康的生活方式和积极的人生理念等项目。结果 未进入临床实习的学生的压力来源主要集中于与学业有关的压力;干预前实验组和对照组压力显著高于界值(P<0.01);干预后两组学生压力水平比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 未进入临床实习的学生的压力来源主要集中于与学业有关的压力,针对性的压力管理训练可降低学生的压力水平。 Objective To identify the sources and levels of stress among baccalaureate nursing students who haven't been in clinical practice, and to explore the effect of stress management on stress levels of them. Methods A qua-siexperimental pre-test post-test design was used in this study. Eighty students in the second and third year from Nursing School of Jilin University were selected as the subjects of the study. The subjects were allocated to the experimental and control group randomly with 40 subjects in each group. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire consisting of two parts: a demographic profile and Beck-Srivastava Stress Inventory (BSSI). Students in this study were taught stress management strategies which included understanding concepts and theories of stress, time management, relaxation skills, nutrition and exercise, and positive belief on life. Results The major sources of stress in baccalaureate nursing students who haven't been in clinical practice focused on the academic area (The stress level of the subjects before intervention were considerably higher than the accepted cut-off score (P<0. 01); The mean score of stress level of the experimental group after intervention was lower than the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The stress management program of this study had some positive impact on the stress levels of baccalaureate nursing students.
