摘要
系统分析了河北省第三产业与人口城市化协调发展的状况,揭示了其中存在的主要问题:人口城市化进程严重滞后;存在产业结构和就业结构的双重偏差;第三产业的结构层次较低,吸纳就业的能力未能得到充分发挥;城市建设落后,现有城市的综合服务功能较差;人口流动的政策限制阻碍了人口城市化和第三产业的协调发展。在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
In this article, we analyzed the coordinate development condition of the third industry and population urbanization in Hebei province. We found the following main problems: first, the process of population urbanization is extremely slow; second, there is the discordance between industry structure and employment structure; third, due to the low structural status of the third industry, the function of absorbing employment can not be fully performed; fourth, due to the slow development of city construction, the present comprehensive service of the city does not function well; fifth, policies on population flow inhibit the coordinate development of population urbanization and the third industry. In the end, we made some suggestions on the solution of the.se problems.
