摘要
当前,我国在跨越"中等收入陷阱"的过程中面临着极大的困难和挑战。金融危机后持续的高房价和最近出现的高通货膨胀率恶化了中低收入水平人群的生活状况。一方面,大量的资金流入房地产行业,带来了高收入人群的投机与暴利;另一方面,高房价带来的通货膨胀进一步影响财富的分配。尽管政府已经出台诸多政策限制房地产价格的高涨和通货膨胀的恶化,但"中等收入陷阱"所面临的难题没有发生实质性的转变。因此,在高房价和高通胀压力下,如何解决收入分配的不均衡,破解"中等收入陷阱"面临的难题,显得尤为重要。
At present,China faces a number of challenges when overcoming middle income trap.The on-going high house prices after the world financial crisis and the high rate of inflation have severely aggravated the life standards of the people who have middle or low incomes.On the one hand,a great deal of capital flows into real estate industry,which results in speculation and profiteering of high income groups;and on the other hand,the high rate of inflation resulting from high house prices further affects the equal distribution of wealth.Although the government has implemented some policies to limit the upsurge of house prices and the deterioration of inflation,the problems or challenges that the middle income trap faces still remain and have not changed substantially.Therefore,how to find out some solutions to solve uneven distribution of income and how to break the difficult problem of middle income trap under the background of high house prices and high rate of inflation seems to be mostly important and indispensable.
