摘要 超声介导下减胎包括选择性终止异常妊娠 ,保留正常妊娠继续进行的减胎术和多胎妊娠减胎术。超声介导下选择性减胎是一种安全、有效的微创操作技术。但减胎操作仍有可能造成全部胎儿流产。如何改进减胎技术 。 Ultrasound mediated multifetal reduction includes reduction of excessive normal fetus in multiple pregnancy and selective reduction by which abnormal pregnancy after prenatal diagnosis is terminated and the normal pregnancy is let still grow. Ultrasound mediated selective reduction is a relatively safe, effective and microinvasive operation. But reduction operation may induce abortion(s) of fetus(es) in multiple pregnancy in some cases. How to improve operation skill and decrease abortion rate and reduction associated complications needs to be further studied.
