摘要
文中介绍了茂名炭素厂,合肥铝厂高压浸渍设计概况以及我国中小型炭素厂浸渍现状,对浸渍工艺主要组成部分进行了评述,认为用沥青加压泵直接加压,采用高真空、高压的浸渍新工艺是技术改造的关健。为节省投资、运输控制等可以简化。
According to the high pressure impregnation technique of Maoming Carbon Plant, proposals about improvement of impregnation technology of our medium and small sized carbon plants were put forward. The main parts of the impregnation were deseribed. The impregnation of high vacuum and high pressure by pitch pump is considered to be the key of the technical improvement. In order to reduce the investment, the transport and process control in the impregnation should he simplified.
