摘要
本文参照国外高压浸渍装置。结合目前我国现状,对炭素浸渍工艺提出了几方面的改进意见,诸如加压介质和加压方法;浸渍品冷却工艺;防止注入沥青时有沥青进入真空系统的技术措施;浸渍剂返回以及沥青烟气的净化等方面的改进。
By reference to foreign impregnating system and in the light of our present situation, several suggestions were put forward to improve carbon impregnation process especially in the respects of pressure medium and pressure methed, cooling of impregnated products, protection of pitch from entering the vacuum system, recycle of impregnant and purification of flue gas of pitch.
