采用一种新型的、高灵敏度且简便易行的聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜固相光度法测定废水中汞含量。此方法基于Hg2+与Br-生成络阴离子HgBr-3,再与碱性染料罗丹明B(RB+)大阳离子形成有色缔合物(RB+·HgBr-3)。此缔合物被PVC膜吸附、富集后,于560nm波长下测定膜的吸光度。此方法线性范围为0.05~1.0μg·ml-1,检出限为0.01μg·ml-1,相对标准偏差小于5%。
In a dilute H_2SO_4 solution, mercuric ion forms with bromide an anionic complex of HgBr^-_3, which reacts with rhodamin B (RB^+) to form a colored ion association complex (HgBr^-_3·RB^+). The total volume of the colored solution is made up to 10ml, and a strip of the PVC film (2cm×1cm) is put into the solution. The colored ion-association complex is then adsorbed on the PVC film and its absorbance is determined at 560nm. Linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of Hg^(2+) is kept in the range of 0.05~1.0μg·ml^(-1). The limit of detection of this method is 0.01μg·ml^(-1). Based on these facts, a novel, sensitive and simple photometric method for the determination of micro-amounts of mercury in waste water is proposed. RSD′s of less than 5% ( n =6) are obtained in the test for precision.
