抗坏血酸在聚甲苯胺蓝膜修饰的玻碳电极上的电催化氧化及流动注射分析 被引量:4

摘要 在玻碳电极上用循环伏安法电聚合一层聚甲苯胺蓝膜,该膜修饰电极对抗坏血酸(VC)的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,能够降低其过电位约100mV。将该修饰电极应用于流动注射能大大提高VC的检测灵敏度,其线性范围为2.0×10-7~1.2×10-3mol·L-1,检出限为4.8×10-8mol·L-1,连续注射检测,其电流信号能够保持稳定24h。 Poly-toluidine blue (PTB) film was chemically modified on glassy carbon electrode by the cyclic voltammetry in a phosphate buffer solution. The PTB film modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of ascorbic acid in neutral aqueous solution at the electrode with a decrease of overpotential of more than 100mV as compared with that at an un-modified glassy carbon electrode. When the above mentioned modified electrode was used as a detector in a FIA system for determination of ascorbic acid, the sensitivity was raised remarkably and a detection limit of 4.8×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1) was achieved. Linear relationship was held in the range of 2.0×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1) to 1.2×10^(-3)mol·L^(-1) of ascorbic acid at a constant potential of 0.20V ( vs. Ag/AgCl) in 0.1mol·L^(-1) phosphate buffer solution of pH 6.60. Stable response at the electrode was retained in the FIA system during its continuous detection in a period of 24hrs.
