摘要
将抗坏血酸还原酸性重铬酸钾产生铬 (Ⅲ )和铬 (Ⅲ )催化的鲁米诺 过氧化氢化学发光反应相偶合 ,建立了测定抗坏血酸的化学发光新方法 .方法的线性范围为6 .0× 1 0 -9~ 8.0× 1 0 -6g/mL的抗坏血酸 ,检出限达 1 .3× 1 0 -9g/mL的抗坏血酸 .对浓度为 1 .0× 1 0 -7g/mL的抗坏血酸 1 1次平行测定的相对标准偏差小于 5 % .
Based on the ascorbic acid reduction acidic potassium dichromate to generate Cr 3+ and luminol hydrogen peroxide chromium chemiluminescence reaction, a new on line coupling chemiluminescence method for determination trace amounts ascorbic acid was developed by using flow injection analysis technique. The linear range for ascorbic acid is 6.0×10 -9 ~8.0×10 -6 g/mL with 1.3×10 -9 g/mL detection limit.The relative standard deviation is less than 5% for 1.0×10 -7 g/mL ascorbic acid in 11 repeated measurements. This method has been applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical with a satisfactory results.
