PCrNi3MoVA钢动态再结晶临界条件试验研究

摘要 本文利用Formastor-Press型热模拟试验机,研究了PCrNi_3MoVA钢热变形过程中主要工艺参数对该钢动态再结晶过程中力学行为的影响。建立了试验用钢的动态再结晶临界条件回归方程。求得了发生动态再结晶时的形变热激活能为259kJ/mol,应力指数为4.46。研究了温度补偿应变速率系数Z对热变形流变特性的影响及对流变应力的影响规律,得到了峰值应力σ,与Z之间的关系式。 By using a formastor-press hot working simulator.the effects of the main technological parameters during the deformation of steel PCrNi3MoVA on the mechanical behaviors in dynamic recrystallization have been studied. The critical condition of its dynamic recrystallization has been established by linear regression. The effects of the temperature-compensated stain rate(Z)on the rheological features and the stress have been also studied. The relation between the peak stress and Z is obtained.
