摘要 针对 PCr Ni3 Mo VA钢制造的高压釜 ,围绕在役釜体典型部位进行金相、电镜分析及断裂韧性 KIC、冲击功 AKV和韧脆转变温度 FATT( 5 0 % )测试 ,研究在役设备断裂韧性的预测方法、釜体材料延寿技术。经过分析得到了导致高压釜失效的主要原因 ;测试结果表明 :在役釜体材料的 FATT( 5 0 % )显著升高。推荐了在役高压釜安全评价时材料断裂韧性的预测方法 ;建议高压釜修复后进行水压试验时应升温至室温 ( 2 5℃ )以上 ,以防止釜体发生破裂 ;从冶炼、制造、使用。 Based on the sampling of reactor made of PCrNi3MoVA, the failure factors and countermeasures have been investigated in detail, which were carried out in four aspects:macroscopically and microscopically analyzing, the tests including K IC,A KV, FATT (50 %), the predicting method of K IC for the servicing equipment, and the technology for extended life. The main failure factors are obtained. The value of FATT(50 %) arises very high and the predicting method for the value of K IC is recommended. It is suggested that the test temperature should at least reach 25 ℃ (room temperature) for the reactor repaired. Finally, the technologies for extended life are presented for smelting, manufacturing, utilizing and maintaining.
