摘要
本文研究了过滤净化6063铝合金铸棒的试验应用情况。研究结果表明,过滤可提高铸棒的机械性能,减少夹杂、裂纹、缩松、羽毛晶等常见缺陷。过滤后铸棒组织中的柱状晶区缩小,中心等轴晶区扩大、晶粒度降低。分析了过滤对合金凝固行为及力学性能的影响机制。
The filtering test of the aluminium alloy 6063 casting rods was made. As a result, the mechanical properties of the castings were improved by filtering. The inclusions, cracks, Porosities and feathered crystals were declined. The area of clumnar structures decreased, and that of equiaxed crystals enlarged. The grain size reduced. The filtering mechanism acting on the solidification and mechanical properties of the alloy was analyzed.
