摘要
通过对在浇注系统内用纤维过滤网过滤净化球墨铸铁的分析研究,阐述用纤维过滤网过滤净化对球铁组织和性能的影响.研究结果表明,此工艺可以减少球铁件在凝固期产生的夹杂、气孔等缺陷。改善球铁组织,提高球铁的性能.
This paper introduces the developing research of the nitration retirement on the ductile cast iron using a fibre filler screen placed in the gating system. Through research analyzes of the mechanical properties, density, fracture appearance and metallographical ctructure of both the filtration and non-filtration specimens. Describes the offects of the filtration refirement on structure and properties of the ductile cast iron.Research show that this process can decrease the defect of the inclusiens. gas cavity and so on produced in solidification of ductuite iron cast. Improve the structure of ductile iron. Increase the mechanical properties of the ductile iron.
