摘要
本文通过对中板二辊轧机压下机构丝杆和铜螺母摩擦系数变化及平衡缸和上轧辊提升速度不同步的分析,提出解决二辊轧机"压下螺丝回松"现象的技术措施,为今后轧机设计提供参考。
The change of friction-coefficient between the holding-down screw and copper nut,the asymmetry of surge-tank and top-roll lifting speed are analyzed.Technical method for solving the problem of roll-adjusting screw loosening in the tow-roll mill is suggested to make reference for future rolling-mill designing.
