摘要
宽厚板轧机压下螺丝的向上位移是普遍现象。通过对由螺纹副回松时减速机轴的转动量,倒推出螺纹副回松造成的压下螺丝向上位移量,得出螺纹副回松不是压下螺丝向上位移的主要原因。由此从弹性形变方面进行分析,计算压下螺丝和螺母在轧制力下的弹性变形量,分析为是压下螺丝向上位移的一个原因。计算激励振动下的响应即咬钢时的冲击,进而分析了螺纹副松动的原因和压下螺丝上、中、下层三点的位移变化情况。计算发现压下螺丝受载端的位移量占到压下螺丝总向上位移量的一半以上,由此认为这是压下螺丝向上位移的主要原因。
The upward displacement of press screw in heavy plate mill is a common phenomenon. Based on the rotation amount of reducer shaft when the Screw pairs loose,the upward displacement of press screw caused by the loosing of screw pairs was retraced,then a conclusion was obtained that the loosing of screw pairs wasn't the main reason for the upward displacement of press screw. So the analysis was carried out from the aspect of elastic deformation,and the elastic deformation of press screw and nut under rolling force was calculated,being one reason for the upward displacement of press screw. The response under excitation vibration,namely the impact of biting,was calculated,further the reasons for the loosing of screw pairs and the displacement change at the upper,middle,lower three points of press screw were analyzed. It was found by calculation that,the displacement at the loading terminal accounted for more than half of the total upward displacement of press screw,therefore being assumed as the main reason for the upward displacement of press screw.
