摘要
采用正交试验法 ,探讨了杉木积成材薄木贴面的工艺过程。试验结果表明 :利用杉木积成材进行薄木贴面 ,工艺切实可行 ,奥古曼薄木贴面的较佳工艺参数为 :热压温度 1 0 0℃ ,热压压力 1 0MPa ,热压时间 4min ,涂胶量 1 2 0 g m2 。
Veneer overlaying technology of China fir orient strand lumber is explored through orthogonal method.The results show that veneer overlaying technology of China fir orient strand lumber is practical way and the better technology parameter is that hot press temperature 100?℃,hot press pressure 1 0?MPa,hot press time 4?min,and its glue spread is 120?g/m 2.
