摘要
基于尿素受热易分解的特点,以杉木为基材,采用全因素试验法研究种类、尿素颗粒度及添加量对涂层透气孔的影响。结果显示,涂料种类对小孔直径影响非常显著,而尿素颗粒度对小孔直径、大孔直径和平均值的影响都非常显著;尿素添加量对小孔直径影响显著,而对平均值的影响较显著。优化的工艺为:环氧清漆为涂料,尿素颗粒度为120目以上,尿素添加量为10%。
Based on the characteristic that the urea heated decomposes,and taking Chinese fir test sample as base material,the effects of type of coatings,urea granularity,adding amount of urea on air holes of the coating were investigated by means of all factors test method.The following results were obtained:(1) the type of coatings had an extremely significant influence on the diameter of the small air holes,and the urea granularity had also an extremely significant influence on the eyelet diameter,the diameter of big holes and the average diameter;(2) the adding amount of urea had a remarkable significant influence on the eyelet diameter,but a common significant influence on the average diameter;(3) The optimizing process of Chinese fir flooring air permeability being painted with air permeability painting coating is: using epoxy primer varnish as the coating agent,with the urea granularity above 120 mesh,adding amount of urea being 10%.
