摘要
文章就当前高等院校教材编写、采用、出版、评奖等环节存在的问题,提出教材建设质量保障体系的建立与运作。
This article states our views on how to establish and keep operating the quality assurance system of textbooks based on the research in some present problems in such processes as compiling, using, publishing and deciding on awards of textbooks.
