摘要
鉴于有关论著推荐的Poiseuille方程用于描述具有非牛顿特性的印花色浆的透网过程,其理论依据不太充分,本文采用非牛顿流体力学的理论和方法探讨了印花色浆透网过程中各参数与印浆量的关系,给出了用于描述刮印时透过筛网网孔的印浆量公式.本文还以几种海藻酸钠原糊为对象,实验测定了色浆流变性及刮印条件对印浆量的实际影响,对理论预测与实验结果间的差异作出了解释.
In this paper, the relationship between screen printing parameters and quantity of printing
paste transf ered in the process of printing was studied, and an equation was given by using the theo-
ry and method of non-Newtonian fluid mechanics. This equation can more reasonably describe the
process of printing paste passing through the screen pores than poiseuille equation. In the project of
research on alginate pastes, practical influence of the rheology property of pastes and paramenters of
screen printing on the quantity of printing paste was studied experimentally. The differences be-
tween theoretical predication and experimental results have been explained.
