摘要
通过大量实验数据,从分析合成增稠剂的物化性能和流变特性入手,论述了合成增稠剂应用于活性染料圆(平)网印花的适应性,并与常规海藻酸钠糊料进行性能对比。实验证明,合成增稠剂是印制高网目精细花型的优良糊料,合理推广应用合成增稠剂则是提高产品质量和产品档次的有效措施。
The adaptability of synthetic thickener used to reactive rotary /flat screen printing was discussed in view of its physical chemical properties and rheological behaviour. It was also comparied with sodium alginate thickener. The synthetic thickener is proved to be excellent in printing high screen ruling and fine pattern.
