摘要
本文拟用PEG—20M作为固定液分离和测定硝基苯甲醛的位置异构体,讨论了柱、溶剂和内标物的选择。试验表明1%PEG—20M填充柱,所需柱温最低,具有分析速度快和分离完全等优点,定量测定的回收率达99~97%,变异系数小于2%。
This paper describes the separation and determination of Nitrobenzaldehyde by PEG—20M packed column CC. The selections of column solvent and internal standard are discussed. Tests have shown that 1% PEG—20M packed column has advontages of fast speed and bctter separatnoi purity. The recove ties are 99—97%, and coefficient of variation is<2%.
