罗匹尼罗中间体2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸的合成

Synthesis of (2-Methyl-3-Nitrophenyl) Acetic Acid——An Important Intermediate of Ropinirol

摘要 目的:采用新方法合成罗匹尼罗中间体2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸。方法:以2-甲基-3-硝基苯甲醛为原料,采用环合、氧化2步反应进行制备,并用质谱鉴别。结果:制得化合物确证为罗匹尼罗中间体2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸,总收率73.6%。结论:本方法简便,且缩短了反应时间,提高了反应收率。 OBJECTIVE: To synthesis (2-methyl-3-nitrophenyl) acetic acid by a new method. METHODS: (2-methyl- 3-nitrophenyl) acetic acid was prepared with 2-methyl-3-nitrobenzaldehyde as raw material by ring closure and oxidation, and the identification was carried out using mass spectra. RESULTS: The prepared compound was ascertained to be (2- methyl-3-nitrophenyl) acetic acid and the total yield was 73.6%, CONCLUSION: The method is simple, due to which, the reaction time has been shortened and the yields has been improved.
