摘要
目的 了解住院原发性肝癌 (PrimaryLiverCancer ,PLC)患者的生活质量 (QualityofLife ,QOL)水平。 方法 抽取 6 5名PLC患者采用问卷调查的方式收集资料。结果 PLC患者的QOL得分为 (12 9.7± 17.0 )分 ,其中躯体状况维度得分为 (2 9.3± 6 .4 )分 ,心理状况维度得分为 (32 .5± 5 .3)分 ,症状 /副作用及社会功能维度分别为 (31.3± 6 .2 )分及 (35 .5± 4 .5 )分。结论 不同文化程度、经济状况及医疗费用支付方式的患者QOL水平不同。
Objective To know about the quality of life level of patients of primary live cancer admitted in hospital. Method 65 PLC patients were sampled and interviewed by quality of life scale for patients of PLC (QLS-PLC). Result The average score of QOL overall scale in PLC patients is 129.7±17.0; the score of physical status, mental status, symptom/side-effect and social function is 29.3±6.4, 32.5±5.3, 31.3±6.2 and 35.5±4.5 respectively.Conclusion The score is different among different education level, economic status and payment of fee-for-service.
