摘要
从萝科植物黑鳗藤 [Stephanotismucronata (Blanco)Merr.]的藤茎中分离到三个C2 1甾体去氧糖苷 (1)~ (3 ) .通过化学降解和波谱技术 ,确定它们的化学结构依次为 :12 O 惕各酰基 2 0 O 乙酰基肉珊瑚苷元 3 O β 黄夹吡喃糖基 (1→ 4) β 磁麻吡喃糖基 (1→ 4) β 磁麻吡喃糖苷 (1) ,5 ,6 双氢 12 O 乙酰基 2 0 O 惕各酰基肉珊瑚苷元 3 O β 黄夹吡喃糖基 (1→4) β 磁麻吡喃糖基 (1→ 4) β 磁麻吡喃糖苷 (2 ) ;12 O 乙酰基 2 0 O (N 甲基 )邻氨基苯甲酰基肉珊瑚苷元 3 O β 黄夹吡喃糖基 (1→ 4) β 磁麻吡喃糖基 (1→ 4) β 磁麻吡喃糖苷 (3 ) .其中 1和 2为新化合物 ,分别命名为mucronatosideA ,mucronatosideB .3为已知化合物stephanosideE ,系首次从该植物中分离得到 .
Two new polyoxypregnane glycosides, mucronatoside A (1) and mucronatoside B (2), together with one known stephanoside E (3) were obtained from the stems of Stephanotis mucronata (Blanco) Merr. (Asclepiadaceae). Their structures were elucidated as 12-tigloxyl-20-O-acetoxyl sarcostin 3-O-beta-thevetopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-cymaropyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-cymaropyranoside (1); 5,6-dihydro-12-O-acetoxy-20-O-tigloxyl sarcostin 3-O-beta-thevetopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-cymaropyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-cymaropyranoside (2); 12-O-acetoxy-20-O-(N-methyl) anthraniloyl sarcostin 3-O-beta-thevetopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-cymaropyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-cymaropyranoside (3), respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical means.
