半导体激光血管内照射辅助治疗抑郁症的对照研究

摘要 目的:探讨半导体激光血管内照射治疗抑郁症的辅助疗效。方法:将60例抑郁症病人随机分为研究组30例(氟西汀联合激光),对照组30例(单用氟西汀),以汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,以不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果:研究组在第2、3周末减分率与对照组相比有显著差异;在第1、2周末HAMD因子焦虑/躯体化及睡眠障碍分,研究组与对照组相比有显著差异。结论:半导体激光血管内照射辅助治疗抑郁症有良好的治疗效果。 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of semiconductor laser as accessory treatment of depressive patients. Method : 60 depressive patients were randomly assigned into two treatment groups: (1)Fluoxetine and laser treatment as intervention group (30) ,(2)Fluoxetine treatment as control group(30) .Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) ,and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) were used to measure the efficacy and side effects. Results: The reduction rates of HAMD scores in study group were significantly lower than that in control group after 2nd, 3rd week respectively.The factor of Anxiety/Somatization and Dyssomnia in HAMD were significant differences on 1st, 2nd between the two groups patients. Conclusion: The semiconductor laser has good accessory effects on depressive patients.
