摘要
目的 了解广泛性焦虑症误诊情况。方法 调查我院 2 15例门诊诊断为焦虑症患者的病史。结果 2 15例之中有 186例 (86 .5 1% )在其他医院误诊 ,他们早期均以躯体不适到综合医院就诊的居多。结论 当患者有主诉不适时 ,在体查及实验室检查无发现阳性征及异常 ,应及早诊断广泛性焦虑症。
Objective To understand the status about misdiagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder.Method The data of 215 outpatients diagnosed as generalized anxiety disorder were investigated.Results 186 patients(86.51%) were misdiagnosed in other hospitals,most of whom always complained of physical malaise.Conclusion When a patient complained of malaise,and no positive results of both physical examination and laboratory tests were found,generalized anxiety disorder should be considered first.
