增殖细胞核抗原及P_(53)蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达

摘要 目的:对涎腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和P53蛋白的表达及分布特点进行分析。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC方法对36例ACC进行了研究。ACC按病理形态分为筛孔型、腺管型和实体型。结果:PCNA阳性表达率为77.78%,其中筛孔型69.23%,腺管型78.95%,实体型为100%。P53蛋白表达的阳性率为36.11%,其中筛孔型为30.77%,腺管型为26.32%,实体型为100%。结论:PCNA表达指数与染色强度可作为评价腺样囊性癌恶性程度的生物学指标,P53基因突变可能在腺样囊性癌的发生发展中具有一定作用,其对癌细胞的增殖具有促进作用。 Objective:To explore the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and P53 protein in Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Salivary glands. Methods: We have studied 36 cases by immunohistochemical method. According to pathology, ACC case were divided into three subtypes: cribriform, tubular and solid pattern.Results: It showed that the positive rates of PCNA were 77.78% ,cribriform pattern 69.23% .tubular pattern 78.95% .solid pattern 100% .Positive rates of P53 Protein were 36.11 % ,Cribriform pattern 30.77 % , tubular pattern 26.32 % , solid pattern 100 % . Conclusion: The positive index and cellular staining inten sity of PCNA expression may be served as an indicator for evaluating the differentiating degree of the tumor.P53 gene mutation may have effect on the happening and developping of adenoid cystic carcinoma, it can accelarate the proliferation of cancer cell.
