摘要
本文从战略管理研究所面对的问题入手,详细分析了战略管理研究的三个发展时期,即企业政策分析时期、经济学理论方法与战略研究的融合时期、以资源为基础的战略理论时期,并对伴随这三个不同时期的研究方法进行了论述。其次,对战略管理理论当前研究与未来发展进行了探讨与展望。最后,对国内相关研究的现状进行了讨论。
Started with the issues mostly concerned by the research of the strategic management, this paper firstly observes the evolution of the research of strategic management that experienced a process of three sequential stages, business policy analysis, the merge between economics and strategic management, and the theory of resource-based view. This paper also shows the research methods associated with each stage, and discusses the current researches and future developments of the strategic management theories. Finally, this paper discusses the strategic management researches in China.
