摘要
采用美国Minusi 5和德国α Fe2O3的标样,以及直径为40mm过氯乙烯纤维和丙纶滤膜,DXFC 1呼吸性粉尘采样器,模拟作业现场的条件,在发尘室内发尘和采样。选取滤膜增重0.1~3.5mg的5~7个试样,测定衍射积分强度,并用Si(111)晶面衍射积分强度进行归一化处理,按外标法制定定标曲线。根据标样按1∶1比例配制试样,进行验证。实验结果表明,测定呼吸性粉尘中游离α SiO2含量,其相对误差小于10%,灵敏度不高于0.02mg。
We used American Minusi-5 and the German Hematite standard sample, the diameter is 40mm chloroethylene fiber and the polypropylene fiber membrane filter, used the DXFC-1 respirable dust sampling device, simulated work condition in the air of workplace, made dust and sampling in the dusting room. Selected 5~7 test specimens which the membrane filter's weight increases from 0.1 to 3.5mg. The determination of diffraction integral intensity from Si(111) crystal face after intensity normalization processing, decides the work curve according to the external standard method for XRD. The test specimens were mixed with Standard sample according to 1∶1 proportion. The experimental result indicated that, on the determination content of α-quartz in respirable dust, the relative error is less than 10% and the sensitivity is not higher than 0.02mg.
