Research on oxidation behavior of 2520 stainless steel at high temperature

摘要 采用静态增重法测定2520不锈钢在高温条件下的氧化动力学,运用X射线衍射测定氧化物类型,运用扫描电镜(SEM)观察不同氧化时间形成的氧化膜的形貌,通过能谱分析(EDS)氧化膜的成分,研究2520不锈钢的高温氧化行为.实验结果表明,氧化物类型主要为Fe2O3,且氧化物类型随温度的升高而变化.在氧化初期,氧化物中富Fe,氧化速度较快,氧化反应发生在氧化膜的外表层,即发生外氧化. The oxidation kinetics curves of 2520 stainless steel at high temperature have been measured by thermal gravimetric analisis(TGA) method.The types of oxide were examined by X-ray diffraction;the morphologies of the oxide films formed at different oxidation times have been observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM);and the composition of the oxide film was analyzed by energy-dispersive X-ray speclroscopy(EDS) skill to research on oxidation behavior of 2520 stainless steel at high temperature.The results show that the main composition of the oxide film is Fe2O3 and the composition is changed with increasing temperature.At the initial of oxidation,the oxide is rich in Fe and the oxidation rate is fast.The oxidizing reaction is running on the exterior surface of the oxide film,which is external oxidation.
