摘要
本文主要阐述等温正火工艺参数对锻坯组织、硬度及其均匀性的影响。结果表明:均匀分布的组织、 硬度及良好机械加工性的等温正火锻坯的获得,主要取决于工艺过程中速冷、缓冷区设计和等温温 度、时间的确定。根据材料的奥氏体等温转变曲线,探讨了等温正火工艺拟订的一般思路。
Effect of isothermal normalizing process parameters on structure and hardness of forged gear stocks, has been discussed in this paper. Whether the isothermal normalizing could make forged stocks to obtain homogeneous structure and hardness as well as good machinability would mainly depend on cooling rate, setting of slow - cooling zone, isothermal temperature and time during the normalizing. General thinking to draw up the isothermalizing process according to TTT digram of steels has been probed into.
