Continuous Casting Process for Controlling Banded Microstructure of SAE8620H

摘要 分析和研究了莱钢φ100 mm以上规格SAE8620H齿轮钢带状组织情况,结果表明增大钢水过热度、连铸的拉坯速度和采用热装热送的工艺,增加了≥2.5级带状组织的形成概率,并且不利因素的协同作用会极大促进带状组织的形成。在此基础上,提出了控制其带状组织的工艺方法。 Banded structures of gear steel SAE8620H of 100 mm or more in diameter were analyzed. The resuhs showed that improving the superheat of mohen steel, accelerating the draw rate of continuous casting and hot trans- portation and hot charging, increased the formation prohability of banded structures more greatly or equal to 2.5 grade, and the cooperation of the disadvantage factor significantly promoted the formation of banding structures. Based on the analyses, the controlling method for banding structures was given.
