摘要
实验研究了CREM法(casting-refining-electromagnetic)中低频交变电磁场对半连铸7075铝合金凝固前沿形态、微观结构、非平衡凝固液固相线位置、结晶区间间隔的影响规律.据此对CREM法抑制7075铝合金半连铸坯中溶质元素宏观偏析的机理进行了分析和说明.
The effects of electromagnetic field with low frequency in CREM (casting-refining-electromagnetic) method on solidifying front shape, non-dendritic structure, liquidus and solidus temperature of non-equilibrium freezing, solidification interval of 7075 aluminum alloy have been experimentally investigated. The mechanism of CREM process restraining macro-segregation of solute elements in 7075 aluminum alloy ingot was analysed.
