摘要
借助光学显微镜技术研究了电磁场电流和频率对半连续铸造Φ100mm7075Al合金铸锭显微组织晶粒的影响。结果表明:在电磁场作用下,晶粒细化,电流越大,晶粒细化越明显,并且晶粒也由树枝状逐渐转变为等轴状;当频率小于25Hz时,随电流频率增大,晶粒细化,电流频率为25Hz时,晶粒最小,当频率大于25Hz时,随电流频率的增大,晶粒尺寸增大。
Effect of electromagnetic field on crystal grain of semi-continuous casting-refining-electromagnetic aluminum alloy ingots with 100 mm in diameter was examined by light microscope technique. The results showed that electromagnetic field can refine crystal grain, and the higher current is, the smaller the crystal grain will be. At the same time, the crystal grain changes from treelike crystal to equiax crystal. When frequency is under 25 Hz, the higher frequency is, the smaller crystal grain will be; when frequency is 25 Hz,crystal grain is the smallest. When frequency is above 25 Hz, the higher frequencyis the bigger crystal grain will be.
