摘要
目前大多数灾害管理系统均以GIS系统建立工作平台,为决策部门提供可靠依据,这在很大程度上促进了一个地区减灾力的提高。但是,由于GIS系统在我国的开发利用还没有达到一个十分成熟的阶段,因此在此基础上所开发构建的各种灾害管理系统还不能完全满足灾害管理的需要。对此从灾害管理与经济建设的关系、灾害管理的计算机模拟以及人工神经网络与灾害管理系统的结合三方面进行了分析,将上述内容列入灾害管理系统中,使之更加完善。
At the present time,most of the disaster management systems are based on the geographic information system(GIS),which has many strongpointsyet the GIS can not complete all the work that we need to do.There are also some other factors which play important roles during the disaster management . In this article,some supple mentary opinions are discussed to make the disaster management systems more perfect.The supplement opions mainly include the relationship between the economy and disaster management, application of computer simulation model to disaster management and manual nerve meshwork model.
