摘要
采用淀粉凝胶水平板状电泳法,研究了杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook.)9个酶系统的遗传变异。LAP、PGM及SOD这3个酶系统是单态的,而GDH、GOT、TDH、MDH、6PGDH及SKDH这6个酶系统都是多态的。除MDH外,其余多态性酶系统按孟德尔方式遗传。43种双位点组合中,有7对位点间的连锁达极显著或显著水平。
Genetic variation for 9 enzyme systems in Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolate Hook. ) was investigated by horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. LAP、PGM、and SOD were monomorphic, whereas GDH、GOT、IDH、MDH、6PGDH、and SKDH were polymorphic. With the exception of MDH,all the polymorphic enzyme systems were inherited in the Mendelian fashion. Seven of 43 two-locus combinations were significantly linked.
