摘要
本试验采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续电泳方法检测了几个结球甘蓝品种植株及其自交与杂交后代的三种酶系同工酶酶诺、多型性酶谮区域遗传分析表明,PRX-2是由3个有显隐性关系等位基因控制的单体酶;EST-8是由2个共显性等位基因控制的单体酶:AP-3则是由2个共显性等位基因控制的二聚体酶。所有这些多型性酶谱区域酶带清晰稳定,可用于结球甘蓝真假杂种纯度的鉴定。
3 enzyme systen zymogrames of several cabbage cultivars' plants and their inbreding and crossing progeny have been tested with the pAGE method.As a result of polyphism genetics analysis,PRX-2 is a monomer controled by 3 alleles with dominant relationship to each other,EST-8 a monmer controled by 2 codominant alleles,and AP-3 a dimer controlled by 2 codominant alleles also.All these bands in the zymogrames tested are clear and stable,and can be used to identify the genetic purity of F_1 seeds in Cabbage.
