摘要
本文以光固化丙烯酸树脂为基体,硬脂酸作为低分子添加物,制备了一种可逆热透明成像材料的UV光固化热敏记录层。研究了UV固化法制备的热敏记录层的感光性能和力学性能,结果表明光固化涂层有着很好的感光性能和力学性能。并讨论了温度、低分子添加量及记录层膜厚与光固化热敏层光学性能之间的关系,结果表明光固化热敏层随着温度的升高和降低发生白浊状态和透明状态之间的可逆变化,且光固化热敏层的透光率随着低分子添加量和记录层膜厚的增加而下降。
UV curable thermal-sensitive recording layer of a thermal-reversible transparent imaging material was prepared by mixing stearic acid in acrylate solution.The sensitive performance,optical performance and mechanic performance of the thermo-sensitive layer were studied.The results showed that the recording layer had a good sensitive performance and mechanic performance. The revesible transition from white, opaque state to transparent state of the recording layer happened with increasing temperature; and the transmittance of the recording layer decreased with increase of the weight of small molecule and the layer-thickness.
