摘要
热敏微胶囊型信息记录技术具有形成图像分辨率高、成本低、环保、生产储运容易等优点,是信息记录领域近年来发展迅速的一种新技术。综述了信息记录领域中的两种热敏微胶囊型信息记录技术——光定影型和非光定影型的显色原理、技术特点及应用现状,介绍了该型材料信息记录层的制备流程,分析了材料制备过程中影响微胶囊粒度分布的各种因素,着重分析了材料制备过程和热显影过程中影响热显影特性的各种因素,并进一步对该技术的研究和应用前景进行了展望。
In recent years, heat-sensitive microcapsule technology which has unique merits such as high image resolution, low cost, pollution-free, easy to produce and store has made great progress in the field of information recording. In this paper, two main types of heat-sensitive microcapsule technology for information recording ——photographic fixing type and non-photographic fixing type, are summarized. The preparation process of recording layer is introduced,and the factors which affect granularity distribution and the heat-developing properties of heat-sensitive microcapsules are analyzed. And the development trends of this technology are given.
