摘要
采用0.1%的杀雄剂1号分3次处理初花期的棉花,诱导其产生雄性不育,对叶片和花药进行的过氧化物酶、蔗糖酶活性测定结果表明:处理棉株的叶片过氧化物酶活性与对照无明显差异,蔗糖酶活性不断下降且后期低于对照;处理后花药中过氧化物酶和蔗糖酶活性在前期均与对照相似,随后二者均逐渐高于对照。说明处理花药中过氧化物酶、蔗糖酶活性的升高影响着败育花粉的产生。
After treating cotton ( Gossypium hirsutum L. ) with 0.1% chemical hybridizing agent No. 1 (CHA No. 1) during florescence stage three times, the male sterility was induced and the activities of peroxidase and invertase in leaves and anthers were continuously determined. The results showed that the activity of peroxidase in treated leaves had no distinct difference from that of the control, while the activity of invertase decreased successively and was lower than that of the control at last. The activities of the two enzymes in treated anthers were similar to those of the control in early stage, but their activities increased gradually which were obviously higher than the control. Thus, it was indicated that the increase of the activities of peroxidase and invertase affected the emergence of abortion pollen in treated anthers.
