摘要
近年来 ,全国食品工业呈现出持续快速发展的良好态势 ,经济效益大幅提高 ,但与国际先进水平相比还有较大差距。文中在综合分析发展现状、现实差距的基础上 ,初步提出了注重市场导向、集成创新、优势优先、重点突破、以人为本、系统开发、整体布局、比较优势、可持续发展等我国食品工业战略发展的基本策略。
