摘要
目的:观察四七汤治疗桥本氏病的疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为2组。治疗组35例以四七汤治疗,对照组29例以西药治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组在改善桥本氏病症状、缩小甲状腺体积、降低抗甲状腺抗体及抑制甲状腺功能正常的桥本氏病病情加重方面明显优于对照组。结论:四七汤适用于治疗高滴度抗甲状腺抗体的桥本氏病。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Siqi Tang (ST) for Hashimoto' s disease (HD). Methods: 64 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (35 cases) was treated by ST and the control group (29 cases) by western medicine, the curative effects of 2 groups were compared. Results: The improvement of HD symptoms, reduction of thyroid volume, decrease of thyroid antibody and prevention of deterioration in those with normal thyroid function were more marked in the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: ST is suitable for HD with high - titer thyroid antibody.
